I will spend up to 30 minutes on Skype answering questions, making recommendations, or troubleshooting problems.
I can:
- Make suggestions for purchasing technical equipment that will meet your needs at your price range
- Answer your questions about technology including computers, networks, software/apps, and portable devices
- Troubleshoot a specific problem, or walk you through setting up a device such as a new router or modem.
Training & Qualifications
I have worked in IT for over 20 years. Currently, I'm a software product tester and I run the website and technology for our church.
