Need to make a live recording for a CD or for a video ?
I can do up to 24 multitracks of 48k/24bit. Self contained I can do 18 tracks, to do more I would need to rent a different board.
While I prefer to just dump the tracks to a drive of your choosing, I would also consider mixing the recoding as well - but my time for that is very limited.
I have also set up this gear in a sort of live studio situation that has worked out as well.
Training & Qualifications
Ive been recoding live shows in the Pittsburgh area for well over 10 years now. The gear I use is an Allen Heath 16DX:2 and an ART 2 channel tube pre. I have a Presonus ACP88 comp/gate. These tracks are captured to an Alesis HD24 which I have modified to use SATA drives instead of the old IDE drives. I have a 32 channel snake split so there is minimal disruption to the house system.
Availability & Preferences
I normally need at least a month in advance to be available to schedule a recording, but contact me and I'll see what I can do.
