As an employee of Sound Advertising Group (SAG), Michael coordinates with it’s developers and performs quality assurance testing for SAG’s software products. He and his team ensure that production infrastructure stays automated, monitored, hardened, and precise. Having tested multiple SAG products, Michael has contributed to the success of SAG’s technical development and quality. Michael holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Washington, he is not only limited to the technical aspects of his duties but at times, he may help assist the CEO in communicating with other businesses and consumers to promote SAG’s endeavors. Also, Michael is very crafty at saving and creating and optimizing workflows; some of Michael’s achievements in optimization and mangement was that he helped SAG cut down in fixed storage costs by approximately 60% at minimal time and movement expenses.
