I have several years experience as a tech support rep and subsequently as the manager of this department. I have acquired a proficiency in answering simple and complex questions and providing step by step instruction that even the least tech savvy people can follow with ease. Any questions on Windows based computers, hardware, software, upgrades, troubleshooting, how to, MS Office, Android, Networking and the like - I'm your guy. For the purposes of this listing, a session constitutes up to 5 back and forth emails of any length with as many questions as you have. Half an hour on my part in total.
