Over the past 16 years, I have worked as an IT generalist. I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of companies and clients in the IT industry. I've had the good fortune to work with System support, AS400 interface, Point of Sale, Check21, network design, custom computer designs and builds as well as managing and supporting iPads and Smartphones.

One of the things I really enjoy in my role is helping people. One of the challenges of my job is reworking inefficient systems and processes. When I can simplify or automate a process to make things easier for someone or combine multiple steps into one or even just rework existing plans for clarity, I'm in my best element.

I have been most successful when creating automated systems that can allow people to work more efficiently.
