- 6 HOURS OF PRENATAL SUPPORT & EDUCATION: To clarify and define your birth goals, learn about comfort measures/relaxation techniques, create a Birth Plan and build your confidence. Communication method: Your choice of telephone or Skype.
- CONTINUOUS EMAIL SUPPORT: Unlimited email support throughout your entire pregnancy. Get answers to all your questions! You will also have access to ALL of my printable PDF's, E-books and worksheets.
- CONTINUOUS LABOR AND BIRTH SUPPORT : Continuous support during labor, birth and for one hour postpartum. Communication method: telephone or Skype.
- POSTPARTUM FOLLOW UP: A postpartum follow up to process the birth experience and answer any and all questions you may have. Communication method: telephone or Skype.
- POSTPARTUM SUPPORT: Unlimited email support for 1 week postpartum to answer all of you new baby and breastfeeding questions.
