My job is to help you gain confidence and clarity about what your ideal birth looks like and how to achieve it.
This Birth Planning Session includes:
- One full hour of support and information via telephone or Skype. During this hour, I will tell you the secret "formula" for having the safe, healthy, ENJOYABLE birth experience that you and your baby deserve and answer any and all questions you and your partner have about the birthing journey.
- Printable birth plan templates, PDF's, E-books and worksheets to help you plan your birth and postpartum.

I have extensive, specific training pertaining to the childbearing year, which encompasses conception, pregnancy, labor, birth and the postpartum period (six weeks after birth).
