Have you wanted to learn more about knife work and maintenance of your tools? Cooking safety and sanitation? Core recipes such as sauces, stocks, eggs, or pasta and other doughs? Choose your skill and I will teach it. Practicing chef of over a decade.

Training & Qualifications

A currently employed professional chef, AAS Degree certified in Culinary Arts, and ServSafe certified.

Availability & Preferences

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings after 6 pm, Saturday mornings between 10 am and 1 pm
