Training & Qualifications
I have a BA in psychology with an emphasis in Cognitive Psychology & an MA in Integrative Health. I am also a certified Integrative Health and Wellness Coach and Program Manager. I have multiple 200-RYT level yoga teacher training certifications and experience in Hatha, Vinyasa, Prenatal, and Yoga Therapy. I have also studied: Ayurvedic Lifestyle Design, Nutrition, Indigenous Medicine, Behavior change and goal setting, and more!
