Maybe you're an experienced practitioner looking for guidance through advanced asana or maybe you'd like to get the basics down before entering a studio setting. Maybe you'd just like to relieve some stress and enjoy a nice weekend practice at home- whatever the case I've got you covered! I am certified through Yoga Alliance and have 6 years of experience teaching ballet, modern dance, and yoga for dancers. My recent move to Denver has me looking for a larger clientele and a more private one and I am so excited about the opportunity to build that clientele on services. If preferred, we may also practice in my home in Denver Colorado although I feel it is important to build practice in the space one occupies.
