How to is welcome. So feel free to call if you would like a walk through of basic computer use or specific questions.
Software issues such as adware/malware or what many people think are viruses, connectivity issues with networks, printer issues, etc. Both on Mac and Windows and also troubleshooting with Iphone, Ipad, and Ipod and some other tablets/smartphones.
I can help resolve some issues with cords being cut/frayed. but if your screen is cracked don't call me.
Training & Qualifications
Tech Support with apple including both macs and IOS Devices.
Worked for Comcast troubleshooting networks and computers every day.
Went to school for software development so also have a great understanding of the underlying causes.
Availability & Preferences
