Excelling at customer service, and developing plans of actions at an accelerated pace. My primary goal is to ensure that all of my clients are treated with the professionalism that they deserve. I have handled large and small losses for insurance companies, and it has allowed me to understand the intricacies of the process that goes into handling a property insurance claim.

Obtaining my masters in construction management has allowed me to develop plans more efficiently, and therefore handle more work that may be more time sensitive in nature. The skills that I gained from my program, have allowed me to apply it to different parts of the process which include bidding, project management, and risk management strategies. All of which are critical in the emergency restoration field.

My ultimate goal is to get people and businesses back iton their properties, and have them be satisfied with the work that our employees, and contractors perform. Trying to satisfy their expectations is something that I work hard to achieve, and is one of the primary ways that I try to excel at my position as an estimating manager.
