If you have a virus on you computer I will back up all your files and reinstall your operating system. I will not attempt to fix your current operating system. Some crypto locker viruses can be bypassed. I also offer full disk wipes in case you would like to sell your computer. But I recommend that you replace the hard drive completely. I also offer various linux installs.
