Getting in shape, committing to, and maintaining a consistent workout plan is not an easy thing to do in the first place, but it is even harder without someone to share the experience and help keep you accountable.
I will work out with you for up to an hour a day. I can also help you learn different ways of exercising that I have learned from my personal trainer over the past year.
As I'm almost finished with my year of personal training, I'm looking to share my knowledge with others and also help me solidify the knowledge for myself. Teaching is one of the best ways to do that, and having a workout buddy is also an excellent way to get motivated.
If you don't have a gym membership, I have a membership at LA Fitness on Anderson Lane and I can get you a 2 week pass to help you see if you like the place or not.
Training & Qualifications
I have been working out with a personal trainer for almost a year. I have learned many different exercises and workout tips for stretching and keeping muscles healthy during workouts.
Availability & Preferences
I typically work out in the morning between 6-8. We can discuss schedule and see what might work best for both of us.
