I can help you learn about food combining, soaking nuts, seeds and legumes for maximum nutrient absorption, etc I am vegan and grew up going to a raw plant based health institute in Florida.
I’m a mama of two and a lover of the earth. Those are the things I feel like define me at this point in my life. I’m pretty obsessed with plants. I love to garden and forage. I’ve always loved to c...ook & that’s really been a huge part of why I am so obsessed with plants. Especially since I’m vegan. I think it’s just a miracle how so much food and medicine grows all around us. The world we live in doesn’t teach about it much and most people don’t realize how much food and medicine is naturally around us. And how much more there would be if it weren’t for how our society operates. I’m here to work with the earth to help pachamama thrive. I’ll be happy to guide others down this path who are also interested. I’ve learned a lot about health, food, plants, gardening etc in this life. Other random things I’ve done are 8 years of acting classes and a short period of teaching acting. Written a lot of poetry over the years. Years of nannying. I helped create a backyard farmers market which was like a mini festival. I’ve put together Goddess Gatherings and vegan potlucks. I use to create a lot of community gathering events but these days I am focused on being a mom. show more
