45 Minute HIIT Workout.


50 per session

I will give you a high level personal training workout designed based on your health, activity level, and capabilities. This workout will be at a level that is challenging to you and at a faster pace. This gives you the best bang for your buck; cardio, strength, and athletic training is all apart of this workout. It will be in a semi-private studio where you won't have to worry about a crowded gym and will keep the focus on you.

If this is your first time working out then this is a good opportunity. You will be in a low stress environment with a highly trained professional who's job to keep you safe, get you healthier, and to make exercise enjoyable.

If you want a new challenge with your workout routine, try out a workout with us. We keep the workouts new and exciting with a combination of bodyweight, gymnastics, free weights, and athletic training.

Training & Qualifications

I have a degree in Occupational Studies in Personal Training, Certification with the American Counsel on Exercise, and Level 1 & 2 with Functional Movement Systems.

I have a background in training with Obstacle Course Racing, Functional Fitness, Corrective Exercises, and Ancestral Health Nutrition.

Availability & Preferences

I'm typically free 8 or 9 in the morning , late evenings, or on the weekends.

About Mark Foley

I am a Colorado native, health enthusiast, and self-professed geek. I enjoy reading/learning as much as I can, anything that can enhance my life to another level is what fascinates me. I am learning t...o also embrace my inner hippie, that is the main reason I am trying out Simbi. Learning from the community and giving back is the big draw for me. I currently own and operate my own personal training company, Inner Evolution Fitness. I specialize in Functional Training, Corrective Exercise, and Obstacle Course Racing. In short, I train people in a way that translates the best from the gym to real life and I focus on minimizing pain and injury. A little background, I was bitten by the fitness bug early on through a fascination with iconic fitness guru Arnold Schwarzenegger. I wanted to be massive and strong when I was a kid. I have grown my ideas of fitness since then, focusing on more functional exercise, and I now look to Ben Greenfield, Josh Bridges, and Batman for the best training methods around. A lifelong wellness journey has lead to a passion for acrobatics, Frisbee golf, hiking, and nutrition. I believes in a functional training style for any fitness goal and eating that is right for your individual body type. When I'm not training or researching fitness, I can be found reading, snowboarding, cooking, at a comic book convention or just enjoying everything Colorado has to offer. I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, have a Degree in Occupational Studies in Personal Training from Heritage College, and is Functional Movement Screen Level 1 & 2 more
