I will give you a high level personal training workout designed based on your health, activity level, and capabilities. This workout will be at a level that is challenging to you and at a faster pace. This gives you the best bang for your buck; cardio, strength, and athletic training is all apart of this workout. It will be in a semi-private studio where you won't have to worry about a crowded gym and will keep the focus on you.
If this is your first time working out then this is a good opportunity. You will be in a low stress environment with a highly trained professional who's job to keep you safe, get you healthier, and to make exercise enjoyable.

Training & Qualifications
I have a degree in Occupational Studies in Personal Training, Certification with the American Counsel on Exercise, and Level 1 & 2 with Functional Movement Systems.
I have a background in training with Obstacle Course Racing, Functional Fitness, Corrective Exercises, and Ancestral Health Nutrition.
Availability & Preferences
I'm typically free 8 or 9 in the morning , late evenings, or on the weekends.
