I was really considering whether to offer this service or not because every individual is different and it is very hard to judge what is truly healthy for the individual. But it is nevertheless a topic I am very knowledgeable in, so here it is. This service will include details on hygeine, eating, and exercising. I am limited on my knowledge of mental health so I cannot offer much in that area; this is not about addictions. If you need help with how to budget a healthy lifestyle that will be also included as part of the service. And if you are trying to lose weight we can discuss your options of reaching your goals while maintaining a healthy body.
To help you to the best of my ability I will need to know any conditions or diseases you may have. I will keep this information confidential. I can give this service through text or voice chat. Voice chat will be limited to a 45 minute session.
