I am a mindfulness and mindful living coach. I can teach you the practice of mindfulness in daily life, as well as mindfulness meditation, or work with you on more general aspects of personal growth and/or spirituality. I include topics such as self-compassion, gratitude, abundance thinking, and other concepts to enhance and facilitate you in finding greater peace, fulfilment, connectedness and balance.
