Be More w/ Less-Minimalism Coaching
Do you know what matters to you? If you do but don't have clarity - I can help.
Minimalism is essentially living your life with meaning and purpose. It's understanding what's important to you and then living your life that way.
Often times, when people think of minimalism, they think of a person's living space - a space that's tidy and without clutter. Although that can be one way to describe minimalism, as a professional organizer for over 15 years, I know once people reduce their physical clutter such as eliminating duplicate items, unworn clothing, piles of papers, etc., it's as if a large boulder has been lifted off their shoulders. The next step for most people is wanting to create healthier habits for themselves. I've seen peoples' self-confidence soar as they gain a sense of clarity and peace.
I can help you:
* Set, prioritize, and achieve meaningful goals.
* Get started on getting rid of your physical clutter.
* Reduce mental clutter such as bad habits, doubt, fear, and anxiety.
* Achieve desirable relationships, healthy habits, clarity, and confidence.
I offer personal coaching and one week accountability partner services as well.
