Cardio kickboxing is a high-energy workout that combines martial arts techniques with cardio exercises. It's a great way to improve your cardiovascular health, burn calories, and reduce stress. Plus, it's a fun and engaging way to stay motivated and challenge yourself.
We are offering a special 2 Free Class Sessions, which are not listed on the site. Our experienced instructors will guide you through each class, providing modifications for all fitness levels. You'll learn proper techniques for punches, kicks, and knee strikes, and improve your balance, coordination, and agility. You can choose any days and times that work with your schedule. All fitness levels are welcome. If you want to join after your free sessions have ended, we would love you to be apart of the community. Hit us up!
Training & Qualifications
We are certified Kickboxing Instructors with fitness and nutrition experience. We have worked in the Las Vegas area for seven years offering our professional services to the community, indoors and outdoors.
