I will introduce the basics of wines: how wine is made, how to taste it, how to evaluate it.
I will have with me samples of 6 Italian wines from different regions. I will explain for each wine the origins, the areas, the organoleptic profile, etc.
I can cover almost all the states of NJ, NY, PA and CT but please inquiry before about availability in your area.
What is important is that you drink what you like. But if you train your palate, you will like better stuff!
Training & Qualifications
I have a Master in Winemaking &Marketing from the Sacred Heart Catholic University in Piacenza, IT, but overall,
I've been dealing with wine all my life because my family run a winery since 1886 in Italy :-).
