Using remote access tools like teamviewer, logmein, or whatever is needed, I can provide remote technical support specific to virus problems on modern computers. This includes more then just viruses, and may involve installing or running tools to guide analysis. If this is acceptable, I can spend up to an hour per day working to clean up virus problems. For further remote access services, don't be afraid to ask and I'll see what I can get posted.
Training & Qualifications
12 years working in computer repair, home computer repair with emphasis in virus and adware issues all the way to working as a full time malware analyst; this isn't a new field for me and I've been around the block with different actors in both a during infection and post infection analysis state.
