I offer two prenatal visits and am on call 24/7 for two weeks before the due date or expected birth date and one post partum visit. The Prenatal Visits consist of getting to know each other, paperwork, finding out your goals, environment and birth plan, the second visit is where we are hands on with pain management techniques and spiritual/emotional guidance preparations. During the birth, there providing 24/7 coaching and support ..last..the post partum visit with you and your beautiful newborn.
