30 min Virtual Yoga Lesson
I will create a routine based on your specific needs, and instruct a Yoga Session through Skype. The session will include flows with focus on stress release, stretching, and heart opening. Suitable for beginners, and those who need inspiration for a routine. I will guide and do the routine with you, ranging from 30 to 45 min.
Training & Qualifications
I have been practicing different styles of yoga regularly for five years, and have experience with instructing groups and individuals at beginners level. I am not a certified instructor, but have enough experience to hopefully guide and help you in your practice.
