About Lynn Dickey
Hi everyone I'm Lynn. I've been in the customer service field for almost 20 years, having started my career as a cashier with my current employer in 2000. During my 16 years with them I have been fortunate enough to acquire many valuable skills. A few I have been able to add to my vault are: recruiting/hiring, training/development, customer service/support, cash management/asset protection, and the ability to be a multi-tasking ninja.
Recently I have had the opportunity to expand my horizons by joining the team at Bad Gorillas Computer Repair. This new adventure brings me aboard a team that offers an assortment of IT services as well as custom-built websites. Though the field is fairly new to me, my part of the process will allow me to draw on my retail background. Customer service is my passion and I am thrilled to be able to continue in that field, yet mix things up!
