Provide instruction to ten students on how to make bannock. In this two hour class the students will learn how to make traditional Plains Cree Bannock in both the baked and fried methods. They will need to provide their own supplies though such as bowl, pan, fork, and ingredients flour, baking powder sugar and salt.
