I have worked with computers most of my life. I grew up learning the insides of the computer and what everything did and what is was for. I currently work as an IT specialist in the Pharmaceutical industry. When it comes to computer issues, be it hardware or software I've more then likely have already seen it before. I will provide assistance with your computer issues even if you don't yet know it's cause.

Training & Qualifications
Mostly self taught as my parents were big computer nerds and it grew on me. I did go to college for computer programming and left with two degrees. Also took classes for the Net+ Cert which I passed (cost too much for the Cert test itself for me to pay out of pocket)
I've built my own computer since I was taught how to do so in my Pre-Teens and currently work as an IT specialist.
