My name is Logan, and I'm from an incredibly small town in Georgia. About 3 years ago I realized I was going nowhere in life and decided to do something about it.

I quit smoking cold turkey after struggling with being addicted for 16 years.

I was unhappy with my job, so I signed up for college classes. So far I have finished 2 Associate degree programs and my Bachelor's Degree in Business.

My current focus is improving my health by losing weight. I tipped the scales on the day I started at 399.9 pounds. That's a lot of weight for anyone, but with only being 5'4 it's a miracle I could still walk. I started eating better, counting calories and watching macronutrients, joined 2 different gyms, and shed 60 pounds pretty quickly. I was on the right track to finally be able to live the way I had always wanted.

Unfortunetly, I hadn't planned on injury, much less how to deal with it. I ruptured my Achilles tendon, and was barely able to walk. As that healed, I gained weight. I started falling victim to depression, gained 20 pounds, and then found out that I have a pretty serious spinal injury most likely due to being overweight my whole life.

Now, the real question here is: Is this the end?
Of course not. I still have plans. I just have to take a detour.
