Pressure Canning
25
Canning meat, veggies and fruit is the best way to preserve it for years. And cooking with it is insanely easy (pop open a jar, drain the juices and put it in the pot, boom!). Don't go for expensive cans from the supermarket with their tinny flavor. Buy in bulk for cheaper prices, and have me can it in kitchen in glass mason jars. For example, I bought a 21lb turkey, roasted it, canned it, and it yielded me 13.5 pounds of meat and two quarts of rich turkey stock. For a single person, that's 27 meals for $20!
I can can any meat under the sun, including pork, vension, rabbit, elk, you name it. The same with vegetables from carrots to salsa. Just provide me the meat, bones or veggies and the mason jars and I will can for you in my pressure cooker. Repeat customers can reuse their jars, of course! They'll not be given to anyone else.

Sundays for sure. It depends how much food you need me to can.
