I strive to support others in their journeys of growth and self-improvement via one-on-one support, group workshops, and personal chef services. Nothing happens in the body in isolation. In order to support health, we must look at not only what we eat, but also how we prepare it, where we obtain our ingredients, how well the digestive system is working, and what other forms of nourishment can support our well being, like family, friends, and exercise. Food can nourish our bodies, spirits, and communities. Whole, organic, local, seasonal, nutrient dense ingredients prepared with thoughtful and loving intention are essential to health and wellbeing.
