About Lisa Gould-York

I am currently the Owner of Pediatric Sensory Therapy, LLC which is a private sensory integration clinic designed to meet the needs of children and families with developmental delays, neurologic disor...ders, sensory integration dysfunction, behavioral challenges, and everything in between. I have 9 years experience, 8 of which have solely been focused in the Sensory Integration (SI) specialty area. My goal is to grow as a practice and continue to provide cost-effective therapy for children with difficulties. Pediatric Sensory Therapy is Oregon's only affordable clinic. I also strive to be up-to-date on the latest and most effective treatments, as well as in-tune with the latest research regarding my client population. Specialties: I use play as my primary modality in reaching children and helping them progress emotionally, physically and socially. Other methods I use are the Therapeutic Listening Program (TLP), the Wilbarger Deep Pressure Proprioceptive Technique (DPPT), Vestibular Rehabilitation/Kawar Protocol, Brain Gym, Bal-A-Vis-X and much more.show more
