Vegetarian Meal Planning
I will teach you some of what I've learned through long experience - how to make healthful, nourishing meals that pack the most flavor and value into a minimum investment of time and cost. Such a lesson is important to people like myself - people trying to run a household, live a healthier lifestyle, juggle work and school, manage a chronic illness - but should be important to everyone. Learn the fundamentals of cooking and you will be free to craft your own dishes rather than following recipes. I can help you get started.
I will chat with you over Simbi to determine your experience level and what you usually have in your kitchen; then compile and send you a plan for meals and snacks for a week, including instructions on how to make them. Your package will include a chart for a week's worth of meals, a recipe booklet, and a shopping list.
Training & Qualifications
I have worked in the restaurant industry for ten years, manage my household's varying dietary needs on a strict budget, and myself adhere to a vegetarian and wellness-based lifestyle.
