Private Yoga or Meditation Class

I will lead you through a hatha yoga class and / or guided meditation. No previous yoga know-how required! I can teach you virtually online through Skype or FB Messenger. My classes are suitable for absolute beginners and every body type. Let me help you relax, stretch, and chill.
We will start with setting an intention for practice and then gently tune into the breath. We will warm up with some basic movements before exploring different flows and poses (asanas). I will select poses and breathwork that are suitable for you, based on what you want from the yoga practice. We will end practice with cooling postures and a relaxing meditation.

Training & Qualifications
I am a Certified Yoga Instructor with the Yoga Alliance, and I hold over 7 years of teaching experience. I teach hatha, flow, power, core, yin and meditation classes for a living.
