I'm looking forward to demonstrating the value of a mystery shop to your business.

Introductory price is:
-50 Simbi unit for a telephone mystery shop
- 100 Simbi units for a site visit within 20 miles of Live Oak, Texas

I will visit your business and evaluate the customer service, sales techniques, merchandising, potential safety hazards for customers, or cleanliness. You can choose what you want evaluated. Site visits are only available in the San Antonio, Texas area.

I can also evaluate your telephone customer service or sales skills. This is available to anyone in the United States or internationally. (English speaking only)

Once I have completed the mystery shop visit or call, I will provide you a complete, written report and evaluation of my experience including tips for improving the experience for customers.

For an additional fee, I can help you develop a strategic plan to improve customer service or sales. I can also provide coaching on a variety of business topics...let's discuss what you need!

If the mystery shopping project requires that I purchase a product or service, you will be required to reimburse me in U. S. dollars for the expense in addition to the Simbi charge.

Training & Qualifications


I supervised customer service and sales teams, both face to face and telephone, for over 20 years. Currently I am an independent consultant. I train clients on how to design and improve all types of performance indices including sales and customer service.
