I will provide a helping hand to those lost in the system via chat/text/fb message/video. CBT - Cognitive behavioural thearpy. Resource for free or low cost activities/groups/household items...ext. I am still completing my training but have offered services with 7 Cups. Have placement with many clients, was working with York Region Child and Family Development in newmarket. Knowledge of mental illnesses and recovery stratigies.
