Whether you have no experience, or a ton of experience with yoga, I will instruct you through a 1 hour yoga class at your level. Each yoga class is customizable to what you are comfortable with. We can do a relaxing, restorative practice or an invigorating vinyasa flow.
Training & Qualifications
I am a 200 hour Experienced yoga teacher. (ERYT-200). I have taught over 500 yoga classes since 2013.
