I will bake you a pastry of your choosing (with some leeway) be it gluten-free, vegan, or classic style. I can help with a party, or just make you a Tuesday night treat.
Training & Qualifications
A certified pastry chef, graduating from SCCC in 2010.
I have had several positions in top bakeries all over Seattle and had the chance to work underneath Chef Varin Keokitvan, executive chef of Heartwood Provisions and various others.
