Individual and group "counseling" to help people become more self-actualizing by learning and practicing (in a supportive environment) communication and conflict-resolution skills. These practices typically lead to greater self-confidence which results in better social skills and more satisfying relationships. If we are unable to get our needs met, we cannot live our lives fully.
Facilitator earned a Master's in Psychology as well as an undergraduate degree in Social Work. In addition, she completed all of the coursework leading to a Ph.D.
Training & Qualifications
Earned a Master's in Psychology as well as an undergraduate degree in Social Work. Also completed all of the coursework needed for a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. Worked in the fields of Emergency Mental Health, Substance Abuse and general clinical work with women.
