I offer custom artwork, home/party decor, and event coordinating. I'm always in need of goods and services just like anyone else and ready to offer my hand as well. Most consults (30 minutes) can be done via Skype, viber, email, phone, etc... And shipping is usually not a problem if actual goods are involved.
