I will give you an energetic masage that invigorate your body no matter the time of day. Includes facilitated stretching, myofascial release, dry brushing, percussive maneuvers and long massage strokes. Can be tailored to your body's needs and to your energetic frequency.
How the massage goes is up to you. I have a standard few moves I use on everyone and tailor to the client, but I will work with your pain level, story, and thought process to help you get into a more comfortable place as we go through this assisted exercise.
My goal is to make you want to start your day in a healthy and active state of mind, or get over the midday slump and move through to the next part of your exciting day with a skip in your step. Wear loose and stretchy clothing, or workout clothes. No jeans or heavy shirts.

Im a graduate of Wellspring School of Allied Health with academic honor, and now run a practice
in Waldo and work for an amazing chiropractor in Merriam.
I'm a licensed massage therapist in Merriam, KS and the state of Missouri.
Availability & Preferences
