Help outline what goals you wish to attain, give sound advice as to best approach, allow for check in and rapport daily via email & text...listen to what ails you...and give pep talks to get your momentum up to speed! The amount I put (50) is for a
monthly session...with daily contact. (That includes those inconvenient melt-down times we all happen to have at any given
moment - on the weekends, at night up until 11 p.m.)
