As a loyal team member in various capacities at Apollo Education Group (AEG) I have developed a range of skills as my responsibilities shift and grow. I thrive on projects that require me to learn a new skill, allow me to stretch my creative muscles, and collaborate with a small team.
I'm currently responsible for customer success within our professional development product offerings with a focus on implementation and learner engagement. From contract signature through renewal, I develop a strong partnership with our clients to make their vision a reality.
In this role I manage support operations, client satisfaction, implementation, and the development of those functions as they relate to our learning programs.
In my previous roles I provided higher education guidance and support to potential students, acted as B2B liaison, and developed or collaborated on solutions to continuously improve my departments.
