I have a piece of property in a very desirable location, but very little financial resources. I would like to build a house there but I don't know where to start! I suppose I need house plans that meet local requirements, a surveyor, and everything else! Any help would be appreciated.

Laura is very knowledgable in this field. She delivered an insightful report in a matter of a couple of hours with a wealth of knowledge. I found an... bottle and tumbler set done by Iitala from Finland at a church garage sale. I knew the set was something special, but after owning it for 2 years, I could not find any information to help understand what I purchase. Luckily, I found a nice little treasure!
