Larry has been involved with the computing industry since the young age of five. He took apart and built his first computer at the age of eight. Since then, he has consistently been recognized for excellence in computers.
In middle school he was recognized as the top performer in computers. Later in high school, he was the co-founder of a web hosting company, chosen as the computer team captain, competed at the Intel Corporation International Science and Engineering fair as a two-time finalist and grand award ceremony awardee and the awardee of the career achievement award at his private school, UMS-Wright Preparatory, for the top performing student in the category of computers over the entire high school career, despite having one year less than the competition to accumulate his case for top performer due to enrolling at his new school as a sophomore. He also was a technical moderator for an Internet.com high-tech website known for product reviews and industry news.
He graduated from the University of Washington in Seattle with a degree in Computer Information Science where he also practiced leadership skills and is an alumni of the University of Washington Navy ROTC and is now working at Microsoft for the Office 365 team deploying servers for the rapidly expanding "Cloud" SaaS product. Supplementing his experience are his seven professionally recognized credentials/certificates in the IT industry: CCNA, MCSA, MCTS, MCP, SCJP, Network+ and A+
