Lets make coffee together! I'll come over, we can work with your setup or I can bring my own equipment. I'll give you background information on where coffee comes from, plus the basic keys to unlock hidden flavor potential in your coffee. I'll even bring you coffee to train with!
In one hour, you will be able to wow your friends when they come over. Nothing beats delicious coffee and good people.
Training & Qualifications
I am a roaster by trade. I was first a barista, I completed roasting apprenticeship in France, and afterwards, I began working with coffee farmers in the Philippines, founding a social purpose coffee company, called Kalsada. Additionally, during my master's program, I ended up writing all of my papers on coffee, as I was fascinated with its origins, history, evolution, and the complex systems that create flavor in our daily cup.
I just absolutely love sharing the knowledge that I have collected. I would love to share that with you, and I hope learn something new myself!
