We will discuss your current eating habits, activity level, and then go over physical limitations and previous injuries. I will provide you with a 4 week workout program and a nutritional plan to follow for life. I have experience with rehabilitative personal training (from injuries to surgeries to anxiety and depression) as well as training for weight loss/muscle gain.
Training & Qualifications
Prior military fitness instructor, Certified personal trainer with 10 years of total experience
