I will start with an initial consultation, finding out your goals and where you've been with your health. I will then provide a fitness plan and nutrition advise, based on your goals and what you're willing to do to achieve those goals.
Training & Qualifications
I have a Bachelor's degree in exercise science and have worked as a fitness professional for 3 years at a holistic health office, side by side cutting edge nutritionists.
