I spent four years living in the Kansai area of Japan (think Kyoto), have visited almost every prefecture in Japan, regularly visit friends in Japan, and have worked as a travel agent specializing in Japan travel. I can provide you with the insider tips and tricks for maximizing the amazingness of your Japan trip! I will review the itinerary you have made so far and provide advice on where I would tweak it to fully capitalize on the time you have in country. I can also provide advice on whether a JR Pass is the most cost-effective option for you, where to go check out onsen (hot springs), and delicious "off the beaten path" restaurants in most metro areas. Once we've had our consultation, it's up to you to make the magic happen! Most consultations will take up to one hour. We can arrange for more time if needed :)
