Audi problems

2001 audi tt 180 quattro. I was having vacuum leaks, went through and replaced them. Also did plugs and coil packs. Rough idle that got worse and eventually wouldn't run. Codes 300 (random cylinder misfire) 301 (cylinder 1 misfire) and 302 (cylinder 2). I assumed that because of the vacuum leak it may have thrown off some reading. Replaced the turbo inlet pipe (was rotted and cracked). Did plugs again, still wont run. I know a decent amount about cars and how to fix them, but this is my first audi and first torbo car and I'm stuck. Please help!
