I will send a reply regarding any website creation or maintenance questions, and then answer one more email's worth of questions based on my initial reply to your query. A caveat: I am better versed in the actual technical parts of website creation than I am in developing SEO strategies and such. A bit about what I can do:
I have been working with Drupal (6, 7 and 8), WordPress, and MediaWiki CMSes, as well as building sites from scratch.
I am versed in PHP, Perl, MySQL, HTML and CSS (and can feel my way around SASS/SCSS), and can steal and adapt javascript.
The bulk of my server-side experience is with *nix OSes, but I have been maintaining my own servers for 2 decades, and can answer questions regarding Apache set-up and configuration.
I have hosted sites on both physical and cloud-based servers, and can answer questions regarding these two options.
Basically, while I currently don't have the cycles to offer any real development work, I can advise for simple websites, or even thrown in my two cents regarding more complex sites.
Training & Qualifications
While I do not have a CS degree, and have basically learned by doing, I have been the web developer for the San Diego Zoo for the last 9 years, and have also worked for BlueMountain online greetings, and PlayStation.
